Our house recently went to auction on ebay. Check it out!
We have a new branch of our website up, the Featured Creation Page. Right now it is advertising our new Lego house that I'm very proud of. I'm also eager to sell it though because then I get to create an other house with the profits. A great new feature on this page is the 360 spin video. Scroll down to the bottom and you'll see the house from every angle possible!
On an other note, I'm still looking for some sets to invest in. I'm looking for about $100 of sealed sets that I can buy that will increase in value as time goes on. I was leaning toward the battlepacks, but I think the markups on those will not be significant to justify the investment. After a long design and build period, our second custom modular Lego house is released to the public. I was very pleased with the success of the first blue house, so this one was created. Once this one sells, I have a great idea for a third one. This house turned out rather well- the first floor is a different color scheme then the second and third, however as a whole it fits together and is quite cohesive. There are lots of little details hidden in this one- In fact, there are 4 doors, one main, one side, one out to the deck and another out the back. (To see the details and more pictures, click to go to the house's brickshelf page: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=415637) I've made sure the building is completely compatible with all the others. It looks very nice next to the green grocer! If anyone has ideas for the next house I should build, please comment.
