This is my third Custom house on the Cafe Corner scale, and I'd say it came out very well. The only problem is that the bottom floor is a completely different color scheme, but being realistic this building was probably somewhere in Europe and during the second world war was reconstructed, hence the color difference.
This house fits very well in with the rest of the street, and built to Cafe Corner standards has the tecnic holes in the base for connecting the buildings together. The house itself juts out slightly from the other buildings, giving depth to the city street.
The first floor is richly detailed, with many ornate features. The tan bricks with a hint of black mortar underneath is a nice touch. The windows stick out slightly and have a window sill. The main front door is slightly indented to allow shelter from rain.
All the floors are detachable, so you can access everything. Of course all the floors are also connected by a staircase and reachable in every aspect by a Lego mini figure.
